1. Across from Dublin Square, on two sides, the history of the City and the University in one place 2. This East Lansing structure is often referred to as the "gerbil cage" 3. In 1923, male students took part in Excavation Week and started digging the basement in half-day shifts, while co-eds served coffee and sandwiches: all for a place where students could meet! 10. Until 1940, and the original site of the East Lansing Public Library, the city’s only church, built “by the people, for the people” 11.
